Check-in is at 3:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out will be offered based on hotel occupancy and availability. Extra fees may apply.

Do you have a fitness center?

Work out at one of the two gyms located at Royal Palms Resort & Spa and/or at Solas.

The fitness center features:

Treadmills
Elliptical machines
Full selection of free weights and bench
Exercise ball and stepper
Pulley weight machine

Is there a charge for parking?

Parking is available for $10.00 per car, per night.

How do I cancel my reservation?

We understand life can get in the way sometimes. Be at ease knowing all our Hotels offer free cancellations up to 24 hours prior to check-in. Reservations cancelled with less than a 24-hours notice will be subject to a one night penalty plus tax.

What is your pet policy?

Tropi Rock is the only North Beach Village Resort hotel that accepts pets. Dogs need to be 40lbs or under. There is a $20.00 fee per night, per animal—no more than 2 pets per room.

Do you have WiFi?

WiFi is complimentary to all hotel guests and each room is equipped with a WiFi password.

I am checking in after hours, what do I do?

Guests arriving after office hours will be checked in by one of our guest service agents. Please use the call box at the hotel or call our main number at 1+ (954) 565-5790. We will be there to assist you as soon as possible!

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations cancelled with less than 24-hours notice will be subject to a one night penalty plus tax.

What is the minimum age for check-in?

18 years of age.

Are there any resort fees?

Yes, there is a $10.00 resort fee per night.

Can I use amenities at other North Beach Village Resort locations?

Yes! Guests staying at any of our hotels are able to use the pools, grills, hot tubs, and lounge areas at all other North Beach Village locations.
